• The version of iqxWEB the Agency is Running

• The Error Message
• Details of the request that failed
• Date/Time of the Error
• Your Browser meta data
  • Screen Resolution
  • Browser User Agent
• What you typed in the “What you were doing” input box on the error reporter

The above information may be discussed with “the agency” and ourselves “IQX” to resolve any errors and will not be passed on to any other 3rd party.
