Word Processing
  • IQX provides integrated word processing either by taking control of MS-Word, when running conventionally on a desktop PC, or by use of a build in word processor when running in the web browser (IQXanywhere)
  • You can define multiple templates for letters, mailmerges, CVs and other documents
  • Insert database merge fields into the templates for quick and easy letter production
  • Letters and mailmerges can be easily printed or emailed
  • Letters are stored in the database as contact events linked to the relevant client, candidate, vacancy or placement
Email
  • IQX displays your email inbox and allows you to link incoming emails with related database contacts
  • You can send emails directly from IQX, including merge fields and personalised signatures. Emails sent from IQX appear in your normal Sent folder
