Business Continuity at IQX Limited
The situation surrounding Coronavirus is fast moving but we can reassure you that we are doing everything we can to help you in meeting your objectives and priorities and following the latest advice from the UK and Scottish Governments to manage any consequences for our clients and our people. We have put in place a number of measures at IQX to ensure that we have business continuity when dealing with any significant events (such as the possible impacts of coronavirus), and these are tested regularly as part of our robust Business Continuity Plan:
Meetings Outside of our Offices
For many of our clients, face-to-face meetings are an important part of moving things forward, but we recognise that this might not always be feasible. We have excellent facilities available for telephone and video conferencing, which is important for many of our clients from an environmental and efficiency point of view.
As government restrictions allow, we will resume meetings with our clients in person where and when it is sensible to do so, taking account all of the government guidelines. Currently our offices are closed with the exception of essential work (when required) from outside providers and when this occurs we are ensuring all suggested PPE is in place- including but not limited to: screens, sanitiser, masks, visors and of course antibacterial soap. We have also provided each member of our team with essential PPE when they are required to be in the office.

It is important that we take these proactive steps to minimise the spread of COVID-19. We will react proportionately to ensure that we continue to provide the excellent service that our clients expect in delivering against your key objectives and priorities.
