Efficient timesheet processing is critical for successful temp recruitment agencies.
First the timesheets need to be generated for the booked work. They may then be emailed out or, ideally, made available online to the clients and temps for completion and authorisation. Of course approval requirements vary between clients. Some may be happy to sign off online but many will require the uploading of a signed image. Some public organisations still use fax machines. Often timesheet images are uploaded and need to be matched to the booked assignments, sometimes automatically by barcode, sometimes by manual cross checking.
