Effective automation of recruitment communications is a key feature of IQX.
There are many routine and mundane tasks which need to be completed during the recruitment process. They are often tedious and divert time from productive tasks, but it is, of course, essential that these tasks are accomplished in a timely and above all accurate fashion. To this end, effective automation is a key element of efficient recruitment software.
As well as manual emailing, letter writing and logging of conversations, IQX can automate many routine communication tasks either fully or partially.
Some examples are:
* Sending confirmations of booked shifts to both temps and clients
* Notifying candidates of possible work opportunities
* Chasing for completed timesheets

For some of these, full automation is appropriate and background tasks can be set up and scheduled to send out the emails.
