The IQX ‘questionnaire’ system of user defined fields readily lends itself to the processing and policing of the most complex compliance needs, including ID, right to work and work qualifications.
You can define questions to hold IDs, right to work and qualification expiry dates and simple on/off flags. Questions can be global or departmental. They may be manually settable, or locked so that they can only be updated by specific events, e.g. the uploading or approval of a particular document or the receipt or processing of a candidate reference. Compliance documents may be set to require signature and stamping so that the trail of approval can be audited.
Expiry dates are easily monitored with visible triggers in advance of expiry. The placing of candidates will be blocked if they are not compliant for the job.
