Maximal customisability has always been at the root of our software. A large number of settings and parameters are switchable to define the behaviour of the system.
We clearly cannot predict the full range of data that our clients will want to store and process, so we designed our unique ‘questionnaire’ system of user defined fields which can be attached to every entity in the system. The ‘questions’ can be anything from simple text, numbers or dates to complex structures of sub-menus incorporating choices, scores and grades. The system is optimised for high speed searching and the user interface allows for the easy setting up and storage of simple or complex search criteria for use in candidate selection, job matching and so on.
The built in report designer has virtually no limits on how data can be extracted and laid out. The standard reports can be customised and new ones built from the ground up. We leverage the full power of SQL queries to extract the data.
Our unique scripting language is built into the IQX program. It can be used for a very wide range of tasks from data imports, exports, uploads and downloads to accessing external APIs and even publishing APIs to provide custom integrations. Scripted jobs can be run manually with user interaction or scheduled for automatic unattended processing.
There are many editable functions which control key points in the system from candidate state changes to placements and timesheet completions. They can be used to either block changes until certain conditions are met, or to make additional updates to the data.
