We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver to join our growing technical support team.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for our proprietary recruitment CRM software, assisting recruiters and hiring managers with system usage, troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining data integrity. This role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to build relationships with and understand the needs of our clients. You will ideally be self-motivated and have an excellent telephone manner; the ability to make decisions quickly whilst maintaining composure and customer focus as you troubleshoot and solve issues is essential.
Key skills: excellent written and verbal communication and a passion for client service. Experience in (or good knowledge of) the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential.
Full training will be provided.
We are a Software Company based in the Scottish Borders near Selkirk specialising in Recruitment software with a client base located across the UK and overseas and have been in business for over 28 years. We have recently gone through a period of growth and are continuing to expand.
There will be opportunities for continued development.
This role is based at our office in Lilliesleaf, Scottish Borders.
Competitive salary based on experience.
